In 2005 California obtained qualification for CRUFTS 2006 (with respect to the fact that the Bernese Hound breed is not one of the breeds acknowledged by the Kennel Club California could not participate in the prestigious exhibition).

California is a bitch of a very female expression; her greatest advantages include a noble, wonderfully modelled head, perfect construction of the body, good colour and great hair. The jurors always notice her lively interest and friendly nature, elegant neck and nobly held beautiful head.
